HALE- This year’s field day was held on May 19. Kids K-6 were all able to participate in a fun filled day full of activities and competitions. Some games and competitions consisted of tug of war, a sack race, and a hula hoop toss.
Field day started out rainy and gloomy and we weren’t certain about having to reschedule. Due to the rain, tug of war was held inside the school in the gym. To end the exciting afternoon, the local ice cream shop, Grammies, donated ice cream for the students. Overall, field day was a success! Every student participated and had a blast.
