Hale celebrates Class of 2023 with memorable graduation

By Leah Sunseri, student

HALE- The class of 2023 had a fantastic graduation that took place on June 2 at Hale Area Schools. As a group of 14, the senior class was very eager and goal driven.

Salutatorian Kaitlyn Hollis gave a speech about growing up with her classmates, in which she opened a door to various memories and experiences with the students and staff.

Valedictorian Chloe Bernard talked about the meaning of life and how it varies from person to person. She also shared the difficulties of high school as a whole, encouraging her classmates that they now could make it through anything.

Students entering the Armed Forces, Joe Shell and Dalton Jaremba, as well as servicemen and their families were acknowledged and appreciated.

Members of the Board of Education as well as administration and Hale Area Schools gave speeches encouraging the new graduates.

Good luck to the class of 2023, your future is bright.
