ACT NOW Bowling tournament held

ROSCOMMON – ACT NOW held a bowling tournament fundraising event on February 10, 2018 at Fred’ of Roscommon. The winning teams took home some great prize money.

First Place ($600) – Carmine Polisei, Charlie Tromm, Larry Bee, Dave Hoover and Tom Snodgrass; Second Place ($300) – Raymond Stern, Adam Wargo, Bob Wargo, Chris Francisco and Andrew Tapia Jr.; Third Place ($200) – Robert Mensinger, Joey Modeen, Bill Patterson, Dottie Langenburg and Steve Cnudde.

The winner of the 50/50 raffle ($242.50) was Charlie Tromm and the winner of the Strikeball 50/50 pot ($124.00) was Pat Jarecki.

The winner of the ‘Mystery Cooler’ Auction was Leah Wolf, Pat Riss and Renee Babcock and the winner of the auction for the Fred’ certificate for $50/month for year was Carmine and Barb Polisei.

ACT NOW raised approximately $1800 to benefit their annual community programs and projects. ACT NOW (Advisory Community Team – Neighbors On Watch) is a non-profit organization that works in coordination with the Gerrish Township Police Department. They help support annual community programs and projects such as Shop-With-A-Cop, Kids Helping Kids for Foster Families, Gerrish Twp. Trunk or Treat, RHS Scholarship Awards Program, Home Energy Assistance Program just to name a few!
