GLADWIN COUNTY – Took a short ride around the Gladwin Field Trial Area.
The property, located between Sugar Springs and Meredith in Gladwin County, is set as side for bird hunters to train their hunting dogs. No horses, SXS or quads are allowed on the property.
The property was donated to the state by the original property owner with the caveat that the only other legal use for the property is for hiking and deer hunting from Nov. 15 to Jan. 1.
It’s a beautiful piece of property and includes several lakes and creeks. There are also campgrounds adjacent to the property as well.
