Mr. Milton Leroy Carpenter III, 45 of Lewiston, Michigan formerly of Tampa, Florida died on October 11, 2023, at Springcreek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Adrian. He was born in Tampa, Florida on May 29, 1978. Milton enjoyed creating things and loved making swords with scrap metal. He is and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his mother, Tammy (Bert) Berney of Lewiston; father, Milton Carpenter II; brother, Brent Carpenter of Lewiston; half-brother, Johnny Carpenter of Tampa, Florida; aunt, Kristi (James) Farley of Detroit; uncle, Kevin Myers of Riverview, Florida; nieces and nephews, Brent Jr, Brandon, Emily, Austin, Elizabeth, and Natalie; great-nephews, Hudson and Alister; and great-niece, April. He was preceded in death by his sister, Jennifer; grandparents, Evelyn (Earl) Myers; uncles, Mike and Kirk; and aunt, Rhonda.
Funeral services for Milton will be held at noon on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Green Funeral Home, Lewiston, Pastor Dave Fisher officiating. Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will follow services at Albert Township Cemetery where Milton will be laid to rest.
