Marion Warner, 101, of Grayling

Marion Isalona Warner, 101, of Grayling, passed away on May 11, 2023.

She was born in Deerfield Township of Livingston County on August 14, 1921 to the late Glen and Opal (Harp) Coleman. Marion grew up in Northville, lived in Plymouth and Westland, and eventually settled in Grayling. She married Roy Arnold Warner on June 20, 1941. He preceded her in death in 1979. Marion retired from Plymouth Schools as a bookkeeper. She enjoyed shopping and traveling with family and friends, pizza and pinochle night with neighbors, and supporting her grandchildren in sporting events.

Survived by her daughter, Patricia Ann Wyman and son, Marvin Ray (Nena) Warner. Grandchildren: Krista (Robert) Dowding, Katherine (Andrew) Meyer, and Karen Wyman. Great-grandchildren: Samara, Graham, Jacob, Ryan, Casey, and Avery. Preceded in death by a son in law Gary Wyman, sister Vera Saunders, and brother Lloyd Coleman.

Visitation will be held on Monday May 15, 2023 at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home beginning at 12:00 noon up until time of service beginning at 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens in Novi, Michigan.
