CLARE/GLADWIN - This year, while you fill out your 2017 state tax return forms, don't forget to 'check off' for United Way. 'Checking off' is an easy way to contribute to the well-being of your own community. Michigan residents will be able to use their state tax returns to easily donate to United Way, which strengthens Health, Education, and Financial Stability right here at home. Donors will be able to indicate if they would like to donate all or part of their state tax returns on tax form 4642 (Voluntary Contributions Schedule).
