Roscommon County

Friday, July 3 – St. Helen Fireworks July 3 at dusk at the Airport Road/Airport Park/Richfield Township Park area.

Friday-Sunday, July 3–5 — Houghton Lake Fourth of July Weekend Craft Show at Houghton Lake High School and Elementary School. Hours are noon–4 p.m. Friday, July 3; 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Saturday, July 4; and 11 a.m.–4 p.m. Sunday, July 5.

Saturday, July 4 — Roscommon Parade, Farmers Market and Fireworks. The Roscommon July 4 parade starts at 10 a.m. Fireworks are listed for dusk at the Fireman’s Memorial Training Grounds.

Saturday, July 4 — Houghton Lake Fireworks and Concert at Trestle Park in Prudenville. The concert series starts at 6 p.m., with fireworks at dusk.

Saturday, July 4 —The St. Helen Lake Association’s Fourth of July Boat Parade is listed at Artesia Beach Campground & Marina. Runs from 9–10:30 p.m.

Crawford County

Saturday, July 4 — Downtown Grayling’s 2026 parade celebrates America’s 250th anniversary. Lineup starts at 10 a.m. and the parade starts at 11 a.m. in Downtown Grayling.

Saturday, July 4 — Grayling Fireworks are listed for dusk, with the chamber estimating about 10–10:15 p.m. They will be launched from the Grayling Country Club and visible from downtown and surrounding areas.

Oscoda County

Friday, July 3 — Comins Fun Fest and Fireworks at Skyline Event Center in Comins. Music, bounce houses, face painting, craft and food vendors, Fireworks at dusk.

Saturday, July 4 — Mio Parade, Courthouse Lawn Activities and Fireworks, Parade at 2 p.m. Crafts and inflatables on the courthouse lawn, and fireworks following at dusk. Oscoda County Veterans Affairs is also listed as taking part in the Mio parade and festivities.

Ogemaw County

Saturday, July 4 —The City of Rose City has posted 2026 Fourth of July parade starts at 4 p.m. with fireworks at dusk at Cleveland Park.

Saturday, July 11 —West Branch Area Fireworks are set for Saturday, July 11, with fireworks beginning at dusk. They will be launched from the field north of Walmart off Cook Road.

Iosco County

Saturday, July 4 —The Tawas Area Fourth of July parade begins at 11 a.m. The route starts at Newman Street and Lincoln Street, heads to US-23, and ends at Matthews Street. The Light Up the Bay Fireworks show is set for 10:15 p.m. at Shoreline Park in Tawas City.

Saturday, July 4 —Oscoda’s Fourth of July parade is listed for 11 a.m., with the parade through downtown Oscoda. Fireworks are listed for dusk at Oscoda Beach Park.

Saturday, July 4 — Oscoda After-Parade Pavilion Picnic
After the parade, approximately noon, American Legion Post 274 hosts a public picnic at 849 S. State Street with a cookout, activities and entertainment for adults and children.

Saturday, July 4 — East Tawas Strawberry Festival and Bake Sale at Christ Episcopal Church, 202 W. Westover St., East Tawas, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Saturday, July 4 — Hale Independence Day Parade is set for 11:30 a.m. starting at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Hale.

Arenac County

Sunday, July 5 — Au Gres/Arenac Fireworks Festival near the Au Gres water tower.
