GRAYLING — Join your fellow skiers for a day on the slopes for a great cause: the Grayling High School ski team. Whether you love to race, you’re here for the “Aprés,” or you’re not skiing but want to stop in for food and the silent auction, there’s something for everyone.
Registration opens at 11:30 a.m. The silent auction runs from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Taco Bar Potluck runs from noon to 2 p.m. Racing begins at 1:30 p.m. At 3 p.m., come watch the “Main Event”—Big Gator Wings, dessert, and the awards ceremony—to wrap up the day.
This year, organizers are switching things up with a taco bar potluck, and they’re asking the ski family to help create the ultimate toppings spread. The silent auction will have several items up for grabs. Cash, check, or Venmo will be accepted. No credit cards.
All proceeds and donations from this event go directly to the Grayling Ski Teams to help cover equipment, travel, and race fees for local athletes.
