Mrs. Anna Jean Arnold, 65 of Atlanta, Michigan died peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on September 17, 2024. She was born on November 3, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan to David and Rosalie (Costa) Fritz. On April 22, 1978 she married Bruce Arnold and together they raised three sons and celebrated 44 years of marriage before his passing in 2022. Anna worked as a paraprofessional for 20 years at Atlanta Community Schools. She was a sweet, beautiful soul. She adored her grandchildren and her family. She was an amazing cook and enjoyed decorating, gardening, and walks on the beach collecting seashells. She is and will be deeply missed.
Anna is remembered by her sons, Chris (Dana) Arnold of Atlanta; Jeff (Leah) Arnold of Onaway; Dave (Ashley) Arnold of Saranac; grandchildren, Eden, Olivia, Ava, Rosie, Tommy, Brady, Bailey; great-grandchildren, Gracie, Maizey, Teagan, Amelia, Aliza, Dominic; brothers, Dale (Marie) Fritz of Hernando Beach, Florida; Bill (Lisa) Fritz of Fenton; father, David (Sue) Fritz of Hernando Beach, Florida; in-laws, Roland (Joanne) Arnold of Novi; brother-in-law, Mike (Karen) Arnold of Novi; sister-in-law, Wendy (Mike) Turley of Tennessee; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mom, Rosalie Fritz; husband, Bruce Arnold; and sister-in-law, Teresa Arnold.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Anna privately at this time.
