Beverly Lynn Rumsey, age 60, of Roscommon, died peacefully, on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at her home in Roscommon, Michigan.
Beverly was born on May 4, 1963, in Mount Clemens, Michigan, the daughter of Victor and Barbara (Krause) Glance.
Beverly will be remembered for her kindness, perseverance, and strength. She enjoyed going Morel mushroom hunting and supporting all the Detroit sports teams. Beverly loved spending time with her grandchildren. They were the pride and joy of her existence.
Beverly will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her former husband,
Loren, of 30 years; children: Cynthia (Sean) Wood of Grayling, Michigan, Ryan (Erika) Rumsey of Midland, Michigan; grandchildren: Hunter, Carter, Cole, Oliver, Jax, Zane; brother, Mike Glance of Nashville, Tennessee; father, Victor (Sandy) Glance of Roscommon; as well as many friends, especially Karen Jackson.
Beverly is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara and her brother, Jerry Glance.
Family and friends will gather from 2:00-4:00 PM, on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at the Rumsey Ranch, 11315 Steele Road, Roscommon, Michigan 48653. The Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4:00 PM, on Sunday, April 14, 2024, also at the Rumsey Ranch.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Wagner and Walsh Funeral Directors, Roscommon.
