Catherine Crawford, 84, of East Tawas

Catherine Osborne Crawford, a resident of East Tawas, formerly a 10 year resident of Livonia and 15 year resident of Three Rivers, Michigan, passed away at her home on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, age 84 years.  Catherine was born in Glasgow, Scotland on August 13, 1939 to the late William and Jean (McDivitt) Glen.  During her working years, Catherine worked many years as a jewelry store manager.  She truly enjoyed keeping herself busy and absolutely loved life!  Catherine enjoyed fishing and traveling, casino games, video games, and baking.  Her memory will be truly cherished by everyone who knew and loved her! Catherine is survived by her 4 loving children, Carol Albaugh of Canton, Michigan, David (Kristen) Crawford of Grand Rapids, Andrew (Trish) Crawford of Canton, and Gavin (Peggy) Crawford of Saline; grandchildren, Ian (Andrea) Crawford, Zachary Crawford, Colin Crawford, Morgan Crawford, Elizabeth (Evan) Crawford, Caleb Crawford, Cameron Crawford, Kyra Albaugh, and Fiona Crawford; 1 great grandson, Joshua Crawford; 1 sister, Mary Innes of Cumbernauld, Scotland; nieces and nephews, Morag Scott, Peter Innes, David Innes, Lesley Gordon, and Lorna Grant.  Catherine is preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Malcolm Crawford, to whom she married on March 3, 1960.  She is also preceded in death by her parents, Jean and David Lowe; sister-in-law, Nan Stewart, and brothers-in-law, lain Innes and George Stewart.  Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and her family will celebrate her life with a memorial gathering to be held at a later date.
