Rickey Flick Sr., 74, of Prudenville

Rickey G. Flick Sr., age 74, of Prudenville passed away on Friday January 12, 2024 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.

Rickey was born on October 2, 1949 in Pontiac, Michigan to George and Betty (Tobel) Flick. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Rickey worked in a steel mill for over 37 years. He was married on December 4, 1971 in Clarkston to Terry E. Sterling. The couple moved to Prudenville in 2002 from Wixom. Rickey enjoyed hunting, fishing, driving fast cars and big trucks.

Rickey is survived by his son: Ted (Allyson) Flick of Prudenville, grandchildren; Tyler, Olivia and Charleigh, sisters; Vickey (David) Raimondo and Cindy (Jim) Harris.  He was preceded in death by his parents, wife; Terry Flick, son; Rickey Flick Jr., and sister; Becky Johnson.

A military honors graveside service will be conducted at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan, the time and day are pending. Christler Funeral Home-Prudenville Chapel is serving the family. Condolences can be sent to the family online at www.christler-holdship.com
