Mrs. Cheryl Denise Bilsky, 58 of Atlanta, Michigan died peacefully at her home surrounded by the love of her family on January 7, 2024. She was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late, Albert and Shirley (Wickenhiser) Ady on April 10, 1965. She worked as a sales agent for State Farm Insurance for 27 years, however; her most important job was caring for her children. She volunteered at her son’s school and could always be found on the sidelines cheering him on at his football games. She was always very supportive of her children in everything they did. She was very proud of her son’s service in the military (Army) and of her daughter returning to school to become a lawyer. She beamed with positivity and always put others first and chose to see the best in everyone. Cheryl enjoyed gardening, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her dogs and family. She is and will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Bilsky of Atlanta; children, Alaina Parker of Grand Rapids; Steven Bilsky of Atlanta; sister, Deborah (David) Wojtoviets of Atlanta; and nephew, Jacob Wojtoviets. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Shirley Ady.
Funeral services for Cheryl will take place at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Green Funeral Home, Atlanta. Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM until time of service.
