Roger Eugene Johnson, age 80, of Oscoda, MI passed away on July 13, 2023 at Lakeview Manor Nursing Home in Tawas City, MI. He was born in Columbus, OH on March 1, 1943 to the late Glen Garfield and Virginia Ann (Matherson) Johnson.
Roger was a truck driver for CP Transit and also worked in the maintenance department at Starboard Industries for many years.
He is survived by his life partner of 31 years, Linda Brown; children, Billie Jo (Mike) Williams, Dewayne Johnson, Roger Johnson, Jr. and Jamie Johnson; step-son, Steven (Winnie) Brown; sisters, Carol Delico, Joyce Thayer and Bonnie Peterson; brother, Larry Johnson; grandchildren, Kaitlin (John) Johnson, Jessie Johnson, Thomas Williams, Brittany Williams and Danielle Williams-Erving; step-grandchildren, Skyler (Jamie) Brown and Shaina (Ethan) Brown and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Roger will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
