John Harsen, 84, of Prescott

John Frederick Harsen, age 84, passed away at home in Prescott, MI on July 11, 2023. He was born in Flint, MI on May 16, 1939, to Harry and Ruth (Babcock) Harsen. John married Patricia Lesher in Flint, MI on November 16, 1961. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and hunting. He also loved watching old westerns and wrestling shows. You would often find him sitting on the front porch eating ice cream or around the house tinkering. He loved playing Bingo and spending time with family. He is survived by his children, Tammy Harsen of Prescott, MI, Johnny Harsen of Prescott, MI, Roxanne Bills of Prescott, MI, Monica Giles of Hale, MI, Steven Harsen of Prescott, MI; his sister, Carm Hatt of Flint, MI; grandchildren, Kayla Malley, Brianna Malley, Rebel Hamilton, Jacob Hamilton, Hudson Harsen, Harmony Harsen, Sara Bills, Shawn Bills, Nicole Good, Melissa Good, Duane Good, Angel Good, Isabella, Andrew Hartley, Austin Hartley, and Zachary Good. In addition to his wife Patricia, he is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Don Harsen; sisters, Dorothy Harsen and Annabelle Harsen; and his grandson Johnathan Hamilton.
