Mary Kathryn Salvail, age 72, of Oscoda, MI passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at Ascension St. Mary’s Hospital in Saginaw, MI. She was born in Wilmington, OH on December 9, 1950 to the late Max and Ruth (Mullen) Palmer. Mary graduated from Central High School in Shelbyville, TN. She married the love of her life, Robert Salvail on November 26, 1970. Mary took pride and joy in raising her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed knitting, crocheting and reading. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert; children, MaryAnne (Norwood) Jamison, RebeccaSusan (James) Acol, Aubrey Morgan and Laurie Salvail; sister, Annette (John) Mullen; brother-in-law, Lenox Bowman; grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Dominique (Richard), Nikolas, Andrew, Austin, Sydney and Brooklyn; great-grandchildren, John Luke and James and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Doreen and Sherry and niece, Jennifer. Mary will be truly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
