Margie Goodrow, 76, of Hale

Margaret (Margie) Jean Goodrow, age 76, passed away unexpectedly on June 29, 2023, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Saginaw, MI. Margaret was born in Hale, MI on April 3, 1947, to Gerald and Jean (LaVack) Webb. Margaret enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and cooking for her family. She was an avid reader and loved vintage jewelry. When she wasn’t watching one her favorite cooking shows, you could often find Margie at a local yard sale looking for valuable items or a thoughtful gift for a friend or family member. Most of all she loved stories and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, of 28+ years, Francis Goodrow, she is survived by her sisters: Cynthia (Webb) Dennis of Powell, TN; Linda (Webb) Wesolowski and her husband Michael of Grayling, MI; Cari (Webb) Mitchell and her husband Dan of Luzerne, MI; Deborah (Webb) Teall and her husband Cort of Brighton, MI; sister-in-laws: Deanna Webb of Constantine, MI and Carol Webb of Bay City, MI; daughter Sheri (Jennings) Graham and her husband Allen of Ontonagon, MI; sons Robert Jennings, Jr. of Williston, ND; William Jennings and his wife Jennifer of Oskaloosa, IA; George Jennings and his wife Shauna of East Tawas, MI; nine grandchildren: Jessica (Graham) Campbell and her husband David; Justin Graham; Jillian Jennings; Ryan Jennings; Elizabeth Jennings; Lillian Jennings; George Jennings, Jr.; Hosanna Jennings; Marshall Jennings; one great grandchild, Ruthie Campbell and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased in death by her parents and brothers (Douglas, Leon and George Webb).

Per Margaret`s wishes there will be no funeral. Her family will have a private celebration of life in her honor later this summer.
