Ross Huber, 65, of AuGres

Ross Eugene Huber, age 65, went to his heavenly home on February 1st, 2023, with his family by his side.

Ross was born on July 21,1957 to John and Betty (Williamson) Huber. He resided in AuGres his entire life. He married the love of his life, Bonnie, on March 10th,1987 and together they raised four children.

After graduating from high school, Ross worked at Bay City Shovels until its closure and then worked for Bopp Busch Manufacturing until his retirement. He enjoyed tinkering in his shed, driving truck, and raising cattle alongside his brother, Bill. Many people enjoyed the beef that they raised. However, what he loved most was spending time with his bride, kids, and grandbabies. Ross loved to make those around him laugh and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.

Ross is survived by his bride, Bonnie (Blair) Huber; four children, Andrea (Eric) Miller, Courtney (Eric) Evans, Ross (Adam Wilson) Huber, and Jacob (Cameron Holmes) Huber; grandchildren, Jazzy, Shelbey, Kyle, Gage, Kippy, Kaydence, and Tucker; sister, Vera (Tim) Perrot, brothers, John (Karen) Huber, and Bill (Kelly) Huber; sister-in-law, Debbie (Don) Perkins, brother-in-law, Bill (MaryBeth) Blair; along with many nieces and nephews and good friends Pat (Jenny) Ecker, Jim (Sis) Rittenberg, Danny (Amanda) Pendred and their girls. Ross was preceded in death by his parents, John and Betty Huber; mother & father-in law, William and Betty Blair; brother-in-law, Wayne Blair; and his beloved Jackson Dog.

Funeral Services will take place Tuesday, February 7th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Buresh Funeral Home, 101 East Michigan Avenue, AuGres. Officiating will be Pastor Gerald Swartz with interment following in Sims-Whitney Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Monday, February 6th from 2:00 pm-8:00 pm at the Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the AuGres-Sims Bands.
