Rita A. Koper, 79 passed away Thursday February 23, 2023, at MyMichigan-Midland following a brief illness. She was born in Otisville, Michigan to the late Clayton & Catherine (Harbin) Blackmer. Rita enjoyed her quite time working on word puzzles, going for walks during the warm weather, her casino trips and spending time with the grandchildren.
She is survived by her children Mike Koper and Ron & Tammy Koper; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; her brother Rick Blackmer; 2 sisters Shirley Dawson and Martie Edgeworth and several nieces and nephews also a special friend LaVel Smith.
Honoring Rita’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services are planned. Arrangements are entrusted to Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home-GLADWIN CHAPEL
