Greg Lytle, 75, of Roscommon

Gregory Lynn Lytle, 75, of Roscommon died February 20, 2023 at home. He was born November 14, 1947 to Lawrence and Margaret {Katt) Lytle in Owosso, Michigan. He moved to Roscommon with his parents in 1960 and graduated from Roscommon High School in 1965. He married the former Loraine Sarske on August 8, 1970 in Traverse City, Michigan.

He worked for many years in construction for Ray Stark Masonry, David Wakefield Construction and Perry Stafford Construction.

Greg was an elder in the Roscommon Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and found joy in sharing his faith with others.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, picking wild blueberries in the Upper Peninsula, cutting firewood and spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence, on May 20, 2021. He is survived by his mother, Margaret, and his wife, Loraine, both of Roscommon. He is also survived by his son, Brian and his wife, Holly, and their daughters, Rylee, Emilee and Hadlee of Houghton Lake and son, Patrick, and his wife Roxanne and their daughters, Abigail and Madison of New Era, Michigan.

A memorial service will be held on March 4, 2023, at 2:00 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 450 N. Roscommon Rd., Roscommon, Michigan with Perry Stafford officiating.
