Richard Kimble, 72, of Prudenville

Richard A. Kimble, age 72, of Prudenville, peacefully passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022, at the Horizon Senior Living in West Branch.

Richard was born on January 22, 1950 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Arthur and Hazel (English) Kimble. He was married on August 6, 1977 in Eureka, Michigan to Betty Shinabery. After attending Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs, CO, the couple moved to Prudenville 17 years ago to be a part of a new church start -up. Richard enjoyed drawing and painting.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Betty Kimble of Prudenville; sons, Michael (Jonesta) Kimble of Spring Harbor, Matthew (Barb) Kimble of Tennessee and David Kimble of Owosso; grandchildren Eli, Lilly, Laylah, Sabrina and James; sisters, Carol Cossairt of Three Rivers and Karen Hertsel of Indiana; and 2 nephews and 2 nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Hazel Kimble and brother Ronald Kimble and granddaughter Taylor Kimble.

Memorial Service for Richard A. Kimble will be conducted on Saturday October 22, 2022, 2:00 p.m. at Abundant Grace Assembly of God Church with Pastor Dennis & Bonnie Saglimbene officiating. The family will greet friends at the church on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

Memorial contributions in memory of Richard are asked to be directed to Serenity Day Lodge-Roscommon County Commission on Aging located at 1015 Short Drive, Suite A, Prudenville, Michigan 48651 or Abundant Grace Assembly of God at www.abundantgraceag.org.
