Janna Lee Dunn, age 65, of Prudenville passed away on Saturday October 1, 2022 at home.
Janna was born on March 11, 1957 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Roger and Helen (Sullivan) Jenkins. She graduated from Forest Hills Central High School in Grand Rapids. Janna grew up in the Grand Rapids area and spent most of her life there.
She held various customer service jobs throughout her life. She was married on March 10, 2015 to Michael Dunn. The couple moved to Prudenville ten years ago. Janna enjoyed watching television and could never miss an episode of the Young and the Restless. She also enjoyed going for walks in the sunshine down by the water and had a passion for reading. Janna was a lover of cats and took care of Mattie and Riley for over 20 years.
Janna is survived by her loving husband; Michael Dunn of Prudenville, children; Erin (Jeremy) McClelland, Ryan (Carissa) Salzwedel, and Tyler Salzwedel, grandchildren; Ashley (Keegan) Taylor, Tailor (Daniel) McClelland, Leo Salzwedel, Connor Lackaye, Bennett Salzwedel, and Henry Salzwedel, great grandchildren; Maverick, Evelyn, Ayden and Nickolas, sister; Julie (Jeff) Downing; nephew; Nick Johnson and niece; Kelly Siemion. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in- law; David Johnson.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on November 5, 2022 in Grand Rapids, MI. Location and time are TBD.
