Louie Boc Jr., 64, of St. Helen

Lewis Boc Jr., age 64, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022 at MyMichigan Medical Center in West Branch, MI. He was born on September 4, 1957 in Wyandotte, MI to Lewis and Delphine (Kowalewski) Boc.

On October 26, 2002 he married Lynn Dickey in Trenton, MI and they moved to St. Helen in 2005.

Louie graduated from Southgate Aquinas High School and started working at Olympic BBQ in Southgate where he was a chef for over 40 years. He was the lead drummer in his band, Summer Breeze, and loved polka’s. He was polish and very proud of his ancestry.

Louie loved his dogs and enjoyed hunting, living up north and snowmobiling, spending time on the lake and loved to cook.

Louie is survived by his loving wife, Lynn Boc; mother, Delphine Boc; sister, Doreen (Wayne) Small; father in law, Stewart Dickey; brother in law, Michael (Rob) Dickey; niece, Nicole Wangler; nephews, John (Kyle) Boc, Nicholas (Ashley) Small, and Joshua (Courtney) Boc; great nieces, Tagel and Tavin Wangler; and great nephews, Lincoln and Griffin Boc.

He is preceded in death by his father Lewis and brother, Lawrence Boc.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. No service is scheduled at this time.
