Donna Janeen Goodwin, 86, of Gladwin, passed away on April 22, 2022, at her home, with her loving family by her side.
Donna was born on January 18, 1936 to Hazen and Malva (Roland) Fisher. On April 26, 1953 she married George W. Goodwin in Beaverton. She graduated from Beaverton in 1953.
Donna loved spending time with her family, fishing, hunting for mushrooms, playing cards, and going on family drives. She also loved listening to 103 country and spending winters in Florida. She was a member of the V.F.W. 1071 Auxiliary in Coleman.
Donna is survived by her loving husband of 68 years; children: Lora (Dallas) Earl of Harrison, Susan (John) Cortez, and Tim (Sandy) Goodwin both of Gladwin; grandchildren: Bridget (Bret) Reichard, Brenda Earl, Nick Searfoss, Louie (Tiesha) Searfoss, David (Gwen) Searfoss, Jessica Searfoss, Marjanna (Bob) Barnes, Tim Goodwin Jr., Melissa Goodwin; step grandchildren: Debbie Le and Joe Searfoss; step siblings: Sally (Richard) Wietfeldt, Betty Bennett, and Frank (Kathryn) Wallace; Donna was also blessed with many great grandchildren.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; step father: Raymond Wallace; son-in-law: David Searfoss; siblings: Deloris Brubaker, Janice Bechtel, Patricia Long, Gaylord Fisher, and Merilyn Fisher; as well as a step grandson: Jamie Searfoss.
Memorial services will be conducted by Pastor Ben Garcia and held on Sunday, May 22, 2022, 1:00 P.M., with visitation starting at 12:00 noon at the Gladwin Seventh-day Adventist Church.
