Karl Edwin Rehil, Age 88, of Hale, MI passed away on March 23, 2022 in Montrose, MI.
Karl was born on December 16, 1933 in Hale, MI to the late Edwin A. and Florence F. (Silloway) Rehil. He married June Lively in 1958.
He served in the United States Army for 4 years during the Korean War. After being honorably discharged, he worked as a skilled tool and dye tradesman for General Motors retiring in 1996.
Karl enjoyed spending time with family, reading his bible, and taking nature walks. Karl is survived by his wife June; daughters, Karla Schalm of Florida, Pamela (Gary) Paquette of Michigan, Angela Rehil of Michigan, Kristi (Jim) Wezell of Michigan, son, Bart (Angel) Rehil of Michigan; grandchildren, Tim (Jaime) Schalm, Erinn (Danielle) Schalm, James (Marsha) Schalm, Chamra Anderson, Noelle (Jack) Beckrow, Tamitha (Ryan) Foley, Aundrea Birmingham, Malinda (Jim) Poe, Shelby (Bruce) Heightchew, Samantha Wezell, Stephanie (Morgan) Padrick, James Wezell, B.J. (Molly) Rehil, Heather Rehil, Makayla Rehil, and Tony Paquette; 16 great grandboys, 8 great granddaughters, and 1 great great granddaughter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Edwin A. Rehil Jr. and daughter, Karleen M. Rehil.
Services for Karl are scheduled for Monday, March 28, 2022 at the Buresh Funeral Home in Hale, MI. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am with Funeral at 1:00 pm. and interment to follow at Esmond Evergreen in Hale, MI.
