James “Jim” Jackson Woodbury, age 64, of Twining, Michigan passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022 at his home.
Jim was born March 16, 1958 in Lancaster, California to the late John P. and Clara (Jackson) Woodbury. He graduated from Antelope Valley High School and began a long time career as a truck driver.
He married the former Cressie Lynn Pyle and together they raised two children, Roland and Morgan. Jim traveled the United States as an over the road truck driver. In his spare time he was always fixing anything, even if it wasn’t broken. Even after his stroke, he was able to disassemble his pick up motor and put it back together. Cressie said it even ran properly.
Jim is survived by his wife, Cressie; son, Roland J. (Melissa Rumph); daughter, Morgan (Joel) Steward; sisters, Cyndee (Larry) Yost, Gail (Terry) Wood, Valerie (Bill) Russell; brother, John (Lorelee) Woodbury; numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
According to Jim’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
