Frederick Carl Norris, Age 83, of National City, Michigan passed away peacefully on February 14, 2022 in Tawas City, Michigan.
He was born the son of Carl and Almeda (Bays) Norris on February 13, 1939 in National City, Michigan.
Fred graduated from Tawas High School class of 1957. In his younger years, Fred loved to play bingo as well as bet on the NASCAR races! Fred helped out around the family home for years and when the time came Fred took very good care of his mother which allowed her to be able to live at home until the time of her passing.
Fred was a kind and gentle soul and due to his loving nature he also had many very close neighborhood friends, Eric and Paulette Martin and Louis and Maudie Zimmer.
Fred is survived by his brothers; Bill Norris, Jim (Gayle) Norris and Robert Norris, his sisters; Christina (Marvin ) Thompson and Pert (Ron) Carter, as well as many nieces and nephews. Fred was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Almeda Norris and sister – in – laws; Carol Norris and Judy Norris. Fred will be dearly missed however, the family takes comfort in knowing that he is reunited with his parents in heaven.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 at the Buresh Funeral Home in Tawas City, Michigan. The family will welcome friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 12 O’clock Noon.
