Greg Eno, 65, of Hale

Gregory Eno, age 65 of Hale, MI passed away surrounded by his family on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Saginaw, MI.

He was born on September 19, 1956, in Royal Oak, MI. Greg married the love of his life Becky (Taup) on April 10, 1976 and spent his time enjoying the company of her, his family, friends, and especially his grandkids. He owned Four Season’s Construction for 30 years and retired in 2020.

Greg and his buddies spent countless hours in his Monster Garage tinkering and solving the world’s problems. He had a passion for classic cars and vintage snowmobiles, was an avid snowmobiler, and enjoyed listening to classic rock, especially Bob Segar. When not in his garage, he could be found spending time at the lake throwing yet another tree on the fire and saying, “Never let the truth get in the way of a good story”.

Greg was a gracious host who had a knack for entertaining and making sure glasses and plates were full. Greg always left people with his favorite words to live by, “Drive fast, take chances”.

Among his many accomplishments, Greg was also a member of the Antique Snowmobiles of America, Charter member of the Eagles, and a member of the Moose Lodge. Though Greg has many titles, he will forever be known as a classic man, refusing to give up his flip phone.

He is survived by his wife Becky; daughters, Michelle Eno, Danielle (Len) Pomaville, and Stacey Eno; mother-in-law, Evelyn Taup; grandchildren; Summer, Skyler, Ethan, Luke, and Shelby; and his faithful, furry companion, Molly. Greg was preceded in death by Grandparents: William and Velma Goatbe and Dave and Isabelle Eno.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
