Andrea Marie Legg, age 60, of Roscommon, passed away on August 29, 2019, in Grayling, Michigan.
Andrea was born in Grayling on March 2, 1959 to Melbourne and Teresa (Sopscak) Legg. She retired from Lear after almost 30 years. Andrea (also known as “Ma” or “Ziggy”), a proud Roscommon native, enjoyed the outdoors: she loved to canoe and go fishing on the Au Sable.
Andrea will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by son Luke Legg (Autumn Budzynski) of Roscommon; grandchildren Lucas and Leeland Legg; siblings Tina (Matt) Granlund and John (Marsha) Legg; stepmother Judy Murray; niece Jennifer Estes; nephew Greg Granlund; great-niece Kinsley Estes; adopted kids Steven, Scott, and Aubrea; and dog Boogger.
She is preceded in death by her mother; and her beloved dog Troy.
Andrea’s family has chosen to remember her privately at this time.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made to the family for future designation, St. Vincent De Paul of Roscommon, or to the Roscommon Animal Shelter.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Wagner and Walsh Funeral Directors, Roscommon.
