Paul Bernard DeCroix, age 69, of McBain passed away on Tuesday March 26, 2019 at Munson Hospital Cadillac Hospital.
Paul was born on November 11, 1950 in Pontiac, Michigan to Paul and Dora (Cole) DeCroix. He grew up in the Pontiac area where he graduated from high School Paul served in the US Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. He worked as a general laborer in many jobs. Paul lived with his Aunt and Uncle at Higgins Lake from the 1990’s until his health forced him into nursing facilities.
Paul is survived by his aunt; Sally Cole of Roscommon, several cousins including Charles (Brandy) Cole of Mio and John (Tracy) Cole of Mio, and special friends Jim and Nancy Moffitt of Higgins Lake. Paul was preceded in death by his parents and Uncle; William Cole.
Per Paul’s wishes cremation has taken place and interment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Memorial contributions in memory of Paul are asked to be directed to charity of the donor’s choice.
