Bomb threat made at VA clinic

CADILLAC – A bomb threat was made to the Cadillac Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), located at 1909 North Mitchell Street in Cadillac today.

All staff and Veterans were evacuated immediately and safely. The local Police and bomb squad were notified and are handling the situation. All appointments were cancelled, and the clinic is closed today.

The clinic will resume normal operations on Monday, Nov. 7.

“We express our gratitude to our Cadillac staff and local law enforcement for their professionalism and fast response which ensured no one was hurt,” the Veteran Affairs clinic said in a statement this afternoon
