Project H.O.P.E Receives Grant from RCCF

ROSCOMMON –  The Roscommon County Community Foundation (RCCF) is pleased to announce that The Roscommon County Food Pantry, Project H.O.P.E. was awarded a $2,000 grant. Funding for this grant was provided by one of the Community Foundations donor advised funds.

This funding provided Project H.O.P.E. with the ability to gain access to a new software called Link2Feed. Link2Feed was created by Feeding America and The Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. The new software allows Project H.O.P.E. to process client intake on computers which results in a much faster and efficient process. Funding assisted with the purchase of computers and the necessary accessories in order to implement the new software. Last month Project H.O.P.E. was able to assist 1,138 people with food supplements.
