Roscommon graduate completes Culinary Arts program

TRAVERSE CITY – Robert Rousselo of Roscommon, has just completed the Culinary Arts Baking program at the Great Lakes Culinary Institute of Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City. He is now a certified pastry chef and has returned to his hometown of Roscommon.

Rousselo is currently employed at the Lakeside Association of Higgins Lake as a baker and cook. He plans to expand his catering business in the coming months featuring a variety of baked goods including cakes, cupcakes, brownies, pies, and cheesecake. He also plans to continue with his service as a member of the Gerrish Township Volunteer Fire Department and is enrolled at Kirtland Community College this fall studying to be an EMT.

Rousselo is a 2017 graduate of Roscommon High School and the son of proud parents Debra and Randy Rousselo.
