ROSCOMMON- Schawna M. Thoma, daughter of Edward and Donna Thoma, Roscommon, was one of twelve individuals to receive the 4-H Legacy Award, in East Lansing. Thoma, represented Monroe County, where she’d spent her twelve years as a 4-H’er.
