Wreaths placed at cemetery

ROSCOMMON –
Roscommon Post #96 of the Michigan American Legion hosted a wreath-laying ceremony at the Roscommon Village Cemetery Dec. 17. They joined more than 1,000 other locations across the country for National Wreaths Across America Day. Coordinated and led by local volunteers, the Roscommon Village cemetery location has raised over $1,000 to place 80 wreaths on the headstones of our fallen service members. This annual event seeks to further the WAA mission of Remember, Honor, Teach, ensuring that the memory of those who served our country endures.
