St. Pius X Catholic Church was the site of the Community Day of Prayer April 22. A number of area churches participated in the event including Glennie 7th Day Adventist, St. Paul’ Lutheran Church, Chapel in the Pines Fellowship Church, Hale Baptist Church, Curtisville Baptist Church, Goodar Bible Church, Assembly of God Church, Lupton Friend’ Church and First United Methodist Chuch.
