HOUGHTON LAKE – Houghton Lake’s first “Blessings of the Bikes and Riders” is scheduled for May 6.
Everyone is welcome to attend: ATV, UTV, classic cars and Jeeps.
The event begins with a coffee hour from 10:30-11:30 a.m., supplied by the Tip Up Town Mayor and Marshall at the Houghton Lake Chamber of Commerce and Playhouse parking lot. At 11:30 am. there will be a playing of the national anthem with a raising of the American flag, followed by the blessing.
There will be live music, food trucks and a contest for each category, as well as a fun ride around the lake with certificates being handed out at the Houghton Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.
Donations accepted. All donations will go to benefit local charities.
