Assessment center to establish strat plan

ROSCOMMON – The Roscommon County Community Foundation (RCCF) is delighted to share that the Northern Michigan Children’s Assessment Center (NMCAC) was awarded a grant of $5,500 to help establish a detailed strategic plan. Funding for this project was provided by the Nester Family Charitable Fund.

“The Center has just celebrated our 8th year. We have celebrated so many successes and are so proud of what we have accomplished these past eight years and for our community partners. With the growth of the Center, now covering five countries and a satellite office, we are in need of a thorough strategic plan.” said Rebecca Yuncker MA LPS, executive director.

With the funding provided NMCAC was able to hire a company that specializes in writing strategic plans and giving organizations the tools and advice, they need to be successful. Now the center will be fully equipped with an effective long-term plan to continue to expand and assist the children of our community.
