Maple Syrup Day revisited

MAPLE SYRUP DAY – As the weather turned from Winter to Spring, the Maple Syrup began to flow, and hundreds of people turned out to visit three Oscoda County Maple Syrup operations participating in Michigan Maple Syrup Weekend at the end of March.

Participating production facilities included:

  • Sweet Success Sugarbush, located at 1442 North Galbraith Line Road in Mio;
  • Miller Brothers Maple Products, located at 707 N. Gerber Road in Mio; and
  • Ed’s Maple Syrup, located at 781 North Abbe Road in Fairview.
