ROSCOMMON – Tom Loomis was caught installing the new sign for Art-Y-Facts, a business in downtown Roscommon. Art-Y-Facts is owned by Anna Sylvester. It is a mix of an indoor flea market, art show, with break-out boxes to solve. Art-Y-Facts open weekends.
