GRAYLING – Lighthouse Title was chosen as Grayling Regional Chamber of Commerce Ambassador’ Club Spotlight-A-Member for October.
In 2001, Lighthouse Insurance expanded their business model and supported a start-up title agency. The start-up title ag
ency opened with three experienced title professionals in Holland, MI. Within 16 years, the company has grown to 25 locations, including our first out of state location (Green Bay, WI) and we now employ over 110 title team members.
The Grayling location has a staff of five at their office.
Lighthouse Title provides title insurance to both real estate owners and lenders. Title insurance helps to protect these consumers from any property loss or damage that might occur due to liens, defects, etc. in the title of the property. All title insurance policies are subject to specific terms, conditions, and exclusions.
They just became members of the Grayling Rotary Club. They service the surrounding communities and provide closings in Houghton Lake, Higgins Lake, Roscommon, and Kalkaska.
