< >GRAYLING–Munson Healthcare officials and Traverse Heart and Vascular physicians invite the public to a ribbon cutting and open house for the Maxon Medical Building in Grayling from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17.

< >‘We are excited to expand the heart services we offer for Grayling area residents,’ said John Beattie, M.D., FACC, lead cardiologist at the Maxon Medical Building.

< >‘This new location offers extended hours and includes information systems that are integrated with Munson Healthcare Grayling Hospital as well as the Webber Heart Center at Munson Medical Center to provide patients with enhanced coordinated care.’

< >In addition to Dr. Beattie, four other Munson Healthcare cardiologists and additional staff now offer expanded testing at the building at 1107 E. Michigan Ave. in Grayling. The building is located across the street from Munson Healthcare Grayling Hospital.

< >Purchase and renovations of the building were made possible by a grant from The Maxon Foundation, U.S. Bank, N.A., Trustee.
