Urgent Care, Family Medicine Moving to New Location in Gladwin

GLADWIN, Mich. – MidMichigan Urgent Care – Gladwin is moving to a new, more convenient location on Cedar Avenue (M-61). Beginning July 13, Urgent Care patients should go to the new location, MidMichigan Health Park – Gladwin at 1105 E. Cedar Avenue, across from the Chemical Bank. Urgent Care will be closed from noon on July 11 until 8 a.m. July 13 to accommodate the move.

Urgent Care will resume its normal daily operating hours of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday – Friday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays starting July 13. Urgent Care providers Wesley Fisher, P.A.-C., and Howard Tyree, P.A.-C., will continue to see patients in the new location.

Family Medicine providers Evangeline Ancheta, M.D., Chelsea Dull, P.A.-C., and Renee Fuller, M.D. also will relocate to the new building. Beginning July 16, all Family Medicine appointments will take place at the Health Park. The practice will expand to include two additional family medicine physicians arriving in August and September, Daniel Goodin, M.D., and Melissa E. Weckesser, M.D.

The new building also will provide walk-in services for lab and X-ray as well as a primary care access clinic designed to help patients who need more complex follow up care after an emergency department visit.

The public is invited to tour the new building and meet all of the providers at an open house on Thursday August 9, 5-7 p.m. Remarks and a ribbon cutting will take place at 6 p.m. and light refreshments will be served.
