ROSCOMMON – This year, the Friends of the Roscommon Area District Library have included Craft Beer in their annual Wine Tasting Winter Social, which will be held Sunday, February 12 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Ralph A. MacMullan (RAM) Conference Center on the north shore of Higgins Lake.
This fundraiser marks the 7th year for the annual event, which besides offering a fine selection of craft beer and wine from John Bennick’s Fifth Street Market, will also showcase hors d’oeuvres from Fred’s of Roscommon, along with coffee, tea, soft drinks, door prizes, and “themed” bidding baskets for 25 lucky winners.
Proceeds from the event will again help with library programming and special events held during the coming year at the Roscommon Area District Library (RADL), located at 106 Lake St. in Roscommon. Tickets are $25 in advance ($30 at the door) and are available at RADL, the Lyon Township Branch Library in Higgins Lake, the Fifth Street Market, and Fred’s.
Come join us for a relaxed afternoon with friendly people and fine food in front of the fireplace at the RAM Center.
