CURTIS- Discover the wonder of nature with free films the whole family can enjoy at the Pine Performance Center at the Erickson Center for the Arts. This is located just west of downtown Curtis, by the corner of Main and Saw-Wa-Quato.
Movies will be shown on the first three Wednesdays in March with doors opening at 6 p.m.
Mar. 1 – “Animal Babies” Watch young animals’ first year filled with joy, love, and play.
Mar. 8- “Woodpeckers” Woodpeckers come in 239 species, each one a colorful character with a story of its own.
Mar. 15- Animals become wildlife cinematographers when they are fitted with lightweight, specially designed cameras in this two-part series that features turtles, sharks, koalas, bats, kangaroos and more.
If evening activities are cancelled at local schools due to the weather, the makeup night will be Wednesday, March 22nd at 6:30 p.m.
