John Karl Larson, age 50, of Roscommon, died on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at his home in the presence and comfort of his family.
John was born July 25, 1975, in Port Huron, Michigan, the son of Lester and Suzanne (Scully) Larson.
He was an avid sports enthusiast. He loved to keep detailed stats and discuss with whomever would listen. He greatly enjoyed attending his niece Riley’s sports events at the local high school. His favorite team was the Pittsburg steelers.
He will always be remembered as a quiet, caring man. The “fun” Uncle who would do anything for his nieces and nephews.
John will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Suzanne Larson; Sister Christine (Dwaine) Moore of Roscommon; Nieces, Clancy (Justin) Condron, Riley Carter; Nephews, Noah (Riley) Carter, and Sean Carter and 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews. Also, Aunt Patricia Larson and cousins Don Goniwicha and Shannon Lagrow.
John is preceded in death by his brother Joe Larson, aunt Patricia Scully, maternal grandparents Leonard and Arlene Scully, paternal grandparents William and Beulah Larson.
Family and friends will gather for a Memorial Service Saturday, June 20,2026 from 12-3pm at sister Christine’s home at 11518 Stephan Bridge Rd Roscommon, MI 48653.
