HIGGINS LAKE– The Higgins Lake Winter Fest was held February 13–15. Families enjoyed a pancake breakfast, chili cook-off, fish derby, cardboard sled race, kids’ carnival, wagon rides, live music, raffles, and more. The weekend delivered plenty of winter memories.
