REGION – The Nature Center Summit brings together nature center interpreters, zoo staff, conservation district educators, higher education faculty and K-12 teachers who want to learn the latest updates and trends in Michigan natural resources management and environmental issues.

This year, the one-day seminar, Friday, Feb. 10, will once again be held in person at the DNR’s Ralph A. MacMullan Conference Center on Higgins Lake. The summit draws about a hundred people to learn from the state’s top experts on a variety of conservation topics. Stay just for the day (lunch included) or stay later and network with your education colleagues – the choice is yours. For a full rundown on the day’s agenda and registration information, go to Michigan.gov/NatureCenterSummit.
