Todd is survived by his siblings: Judy (Bill) Willits, Tim (Jeannine) Keffer, Kim (Jon) Oberhofer, and Jim (Sandy) Keffer. He is also lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews: Mandy (Henry) Gambell, and their children Will and Lily; Dean (Jenny) Keffer, and their son Leo; Kyle (Elise) Keffer, and their child; Jessica (Isaac) Jackson; Julia Oberhofer; and Peyton Keffer.
He is preceded in death by his biological father, Doyle Tillmond Hodges Sr; his mother, Cloey Lee Keffer; and his devoted father, Tim Monroe Keffer Sr.
Those who knew Todd will remember his love of music, cooking, and telling jokes. He proudly served in the United States Army for 22 years, primarily as a chef, earning numerous awards and acknowledgments for his service. After retiring from the Army, he continued his hardworking spirit by joining his father, Tim Keffer, at Kalitta Air.
Todd lived a life marked by resilience, strength, and humor. His warmth and wit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
